Do your products have an expiration date?

Our products do not have an expiration date. However, there is a shelf life after opening the product. Each product packaging has an icon (illustrating an open jar) that indicates the shelf life after opening, expressed in months.

How can I be assured of the quality and safety of your products?

The safety of our consumers is a top priority. In accordance with European legislation, each of our products undergoes an evaluation by a toxicologist before being placed on the market. Product safety assessment is based on the following analyses: - the safety assessment of raw materials and finished products, - Eye and skin irritation tests carried out by independent toxicologists, - Efficacy tests on finished products.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we do not test products on animals, regardless of the product's development stage.

Where can I find the complete list of ingredients for the products?

You will find the details of our ingredients on the product sheet(s) of the product(s) consulted

Do you use natural ingredients?

We design hair products based on natural ingredients extracted from plants and essential oils.

Are there any restrictions on the use of Clinerience products?

Our products are not subject to any specific restrictions. However, as the majority of our products contain essential oils, you should always consult your doctor for any questions or concerns.

How can I get a promotional code for your products?

By subscribing to our newsletter and leaving us one or more reviews on our products.

Can I get some samples?

Unfortunately, we are unable to send you any samples.

What are the instructions for using our products?

You will find all usage instructions on our product page as well as on the label of our bottle or box.

What is the shelf life of your unopened light bulbs?

Our ampoules are vacuum-sealed and therefore have a shelf life of 36 months.

Clinerience products are available in our online shop and in all Clinique du Cheveu institutes. To find the nearest points of sale, please visit our addresses page.

Where can I get a hair diagnosis?

To discover the nature of your hair and scalp, you can complete our online hair diagnosis, or you can make an appointment at a Hair Clinic for a more comprehensive consultation.

Could you please provide your rates for an analysis and diagnosis?

We invite you to make an appointment directly with the institute concerned; you will find the contact details on our "our addresses" page

What should I do if there's a problem with my product's packaging (e.g., punctured tube, broken cap)?

We are sorry that you are experiencing an issue with one of our products. Please contact our customer service directly on the "Contact Us" page.

How do I know if my order has been received?

An order confirmation will appear in the final step of your checkout process. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and a summary of the order.

How can I view my orders?

Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time under My Account Profile. To view your order history, go to My Account Profile, then Order History.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking information.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking information. You can also call Customer Service for assistance in tracking your order.

What are your delivery times?

Our delivery times via Colissimo are approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Do you deliver to Morocco?

We do not deliver to Morocco, but we have an institute at Clinique du cheveu in Casablanca where you can purchase our products.

Do you deliver to London and is there an institute in London?

Yes, we deliver to London, but unfortunately we don't have an institute in London yet.

What are your deadlines?

We ship 4 times a week, and deliveries typically take 3 to 5 business days within mainland France.

Do you deliver to Luxembourg?

We deliver to Luxembourg, you just need to select the flag of the country concerned at the top of our site.

Do you deliver to the United States?

We deliver to the United States, delivery times are a little longer.

How long does international delivery take?

Internationally, our delivery times are a little longer.

Can I get delivery to the French overseas departments and territories?

We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories; however, you can find Clinique du cheveu institutes in Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Reunion Island under the "our addresses" tab to purchase our products.

Do you offer international shipping?

Clinerience currently ships its products to Europe and the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Carte Bleue or Pay.

What do you do with my personal data?

If you have agreed to receive communications from Clinerience, your personal data will be kept for 3 years from your last contact. To find out about your rights, please consult our Privacy Policy.

I've lost my password and I'm not receiving an email to reset it?

You must use the password generator and check your email address. You must also check your spam folder.

How do I leave a review on your website?

You must leave a review on the product page of the selected item (add a review) to receive a promotional code.
