Do your products have an expiration date ?
Our products do not have an expiry date. However, there is a shelf life after the product has been opened. Each product bears an icon on its packaging (illustrating an open jar) which indicates the expiry date after opening, expressed in months.
How can I be reassured about the quality and safety of your products?
The safety of our consumers is an absolute priority. In accordance with European legislation, each of our products is assessed by an expert toxicologist before being put on the market. Product safety assessment is based on the following analyses: - safety assessment of raw materials and finished products, - eye and skin irritation tests carried out by independent toxicologists, - efficacy tests on finished products.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals, whatever the product development phase.
Where can I find a complete list of product ingredients?
You'll find details of our ingredients on the product page of the product(s) you're looking at.
Do you use natural ingredients?
Our hair care products are based on natural ingredients extracted from plants and essential oils.
Are there any restrictions on the use of Clinerience products?
There are no special restrictions on the use of our products. However, as the majority of our products contain essential oils, you should always consult your doctor if you have any questions or concerns.
How can I get a promotional code for your products?

Can I receive samples?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send you samples.
What is the best way to use our products?
You'll find all the instructions for use on our product sheet, as well as on the label on the bottle or box.

Nos ampoules sont sous vide et bénéficient donc d'une conservation de 36 mois.
What is the shelf life of your (unopened) ampoules?
Our ampoules are vacuum-packed, so they have a shelf life of 36 months.
What is the daily dosage of R'Boost syrup in ML? In a glass of water or neat? At what time of day?
The daily dosage in ML of our syrup is 10ml, i.e. around 2 teaspoons, preferably in the morning, as is or diluted with water or fruit juice at your convenience.

Where can I go for a hair diagnosis?
To discover the nature of your hair and scalp, you can carry out your hair diagnosis online, or you can make an appointment at a Clinique du Cheveu for a more comprehensive consultation.
Can you give me your prices for an analysis and diagnosis?
We invite you to make an appointment directly with the institute concerned. You'll find the contact details on our "Our addresses" page.

Orders

What should I do if I have a problem with the packaging of my product (pierced tube, broken cap...)?
We're very sorry if you have a problem with one of our products. Please contact our customer service department directly via the contact us page.
How do I know if my order has been received?
An order confirmation will appear during the final stage of your order process. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing an order number and an order summary.
How can I view my orders?
Once you've placed an order, you can view its status at any time under My Account Profile. To view your order history, go to My Account Profile, then Order History.
How can I track my order?
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your order tracking information.

Delivery and payment

What are your delivery times?
Our Colissimo delivery times are approximately 3 to 5 working days.
Do you deliver to Morocco? I know there's an institute that sells your products in Casablanca, but I prefer to buy directly from you.
We don't deliver to Morocco, but we do have an institute at Clinique du cheveu in Casablanca where you can buy our products.
Do you deliver to London and is there an institute in London?
Yes, we deliver to London, but unfortunately we don't yet have an institute in London.
What are your lead times?
We have 4 shipments a week, with delivery between 3 and 5 working days in mainland France.
Do you deliver to Luxembourg?
We deliver to Luxembourg, just select the country flag at the top of our site.
Do you deliver to the United States?
We deliver to the United States, but delivery times are a little longer.
How long does international delivery take?
Our international delivery times are a little longer.
Can I have my order delivered to French overseas departments and territories?
We don't deliver to the French overseas departments and territories, but you can find Clinique du cheveu institutes in Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and La Réunion in the "our addresses" tab to buy our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Clinerience currently ships to Europe and the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card or PayPal.
